I would like to make a complaint regarding the product which I have received from your online shopping mart. The Product is 5 in 1 velvet sofa cum bed. I had ordered for blue color of the same product. But due to your negligence i received orange color of the said product. Now kindly look in to the matter and deliver the said color (BLUE). As soon as possible.
