Rediff Shopping — Different product delivered

As per Rediff Shopping order # 11484412, I have received different product before 15 days ago. When I have asked to replace the same then they asked me to courier the same product to their destination. When I refused to send back the product & asked to refund my money then they asked to wait & said they will arrange the pick up from me but nobody has not came till today. Please have a look below on the trail e-mail between me & Rediff Shopping - Dear Surender, Greetings from Rediff.com We are sorry to note that the item delivered to you against the Order No: 11484412 is found to be defective. However, do not be disappointed. We are arranging to get the item picked up from your place through JV express couriers who will be there within next 5-6 working days. Please note : - Items are to be returned with all accessories and original packaging. - Mention the Order No. on the Parcel. - Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit. - Please do not use the product and keep the product packed in original packaging or else we wont be able to entertain your query. Kindly revert us back on the same mail, once the product has been pickup up by the logistic, so that we may proceed further for refund/replacement accordingly. Also kindly forward us the attached scan POD copy (Proof of Delivery) of the logistic courier (.jpeg format and keep the file size below 2 MB), once your pickup is done, which will be given to you when the product will be picked up. The pick up is already in process and post delivery of the product to the seller partner the replacement is usually dispatched in 7-10 working days.

i had ordered a combo pack of richo sordi metal strap wrist watch and a good looking aviator style sunglass on 04.05.15 but i had been sent a combo of reebock leather strap watch and defected sunglass which was very cheap, on my complaint it was picked up from me, its been 12-13 days they are neither refunding my money nor replying to my mail.
