I have purchased a blackberry 8830 from rediffshopping and i received the product on 26/02/15. i found this product old and the battery is also in a bad condition.Idont like the product.So i want to return the product.i have already mailed for this but I didn't get any response yet.So I want refund.Plz return the product and refund my amount as soon as possible.
