Dear Madam/Sir, This is to inform you that I had ordered 2 sets of table Mate II against order No.Order Number: 10936756 on 24.12.2014. This item was received by me on 02nd Jan 2015. On opening found that one of the Table Mate II was not complete as declared .After lot of correspondences one Partial Supplied Table Mate II was returned via your arranged courier service Aramex on 23 Jan 2015. Attached please see POD.After this lot of Correspondences with you & a number of Calls to your so called Useless Call centre. Every time a Ticket No is being issued & being Promised that they are booking a complain on high Priority & will be replied with in 24 hrs That reply never comes.This fully indicates tendencies to Cheat & carrying out Fraudulent activities.
