Rediff shopping complaints 1. Automated email reciving not follow up done by rediff team 2. Once i called from one number after that they reject the number or not pickup the call from particular number which i have called 3. This process takes on for one year. 4. Total Team from Rediff is fake

No response from rediff, they said that product is lapsed,

but i have not yet recived the product, only they got the money

damaged product also not available & refund money also not et recived

then what is the use of consumer complaint


please advice on this

After complaining on this they have sent a reply mail please see the attachment.

Damaged product also taken back, after that no replacement/refund given from rediff shopping
