[Resolved]  Rediff Shopping — i hav'nt not got my product yet.

my product P1000 Kids Educational Tablet Buy 1 Get 1 Free and order id 10910968 havnt dispatched yet.i orderd it on 16 Dec 2014 from rediff shopping and done online payment of rs. 548 and the vendor is jasan shopping.Since a last week i had been checking my order status but it had not been dispatched yet . after it i tried to cancel my order and refund my money but it couldn't. i hope it will help me to have my order at earliest.
