Rediff Shopping — Not received product | |||
This is really disgusting and pity, all rediff online shopping staff and customer care executives not able to deliver my product in 1 month span though I have paid entire amount for the product. I have ordered one product on 12 Jan 2015, I got confirmation email and SMS for the same, they have written product will be delivered within 7-10 days span, I had discussion with executives and managers for the same every one assured me that it will reach soon, today one lady executive told me that it has been couriered and given me tracking number also, again I called courier customer care, they told that they have not received any product from rediff. till date I have (12 Feb 2015) not received any item from rediff. Every day I am calling to customer care but it is not working. Please stop buying products from rediff. Was this information helpful? | |||
