Rediff Shopping — Online buying

We bought two hooded sweaters from Rediff shopping we selected the size L for my Son who is size L and XL for me as i use size XL. but when the sweaters were delivered we tried them and found it to be cut size. XL was very tight for me and same was the case with my son the L sweater was very tight he hardly could fit in. my son even tried XL but he could not fit in XL too. we realized that the sizes were an issue. my son wrote to Rediff requesting them to change the size if possible or to take back the sweaters. they asked for the order number and then their is silence from their end no response. so i put in a complaint in the complaint section and i received a mail from customer care asking me for order number. i gave the order number after that their is silence no response. my order number is 9023092. i want rediff to either change the size or take the sweaters back.
