My product wich was purchased on 09/08/2015.which was damaged on delivery then i report and my product was back for the replacement ...we complaint many of times there is no resopnce. TODAY 08/01/2016 there is no result no responce against my product please i request to plz take a grant action for my product my order no is. * 12013868
