Greetings, This saga is going on since 23/02/2015 (Almost 1.5 months) involving lies and delays. I am waiting for a refund on the good that I returned and your customer service executives rather than working towards resolving the issue are just saying lies that they tried calling me and could not get through my number. Please note that you guys have really tested my patience and are holding back my money for no reason. I need the refund in the next 48 hours as you have taken full 1.5 months just for the refund. Once again a delay from your end, will only lead to more complaints in the consumer forum and social media. Regards Maggie [protected]
