Rediff Shopping — Received item minus accessories. | |||
I placed an order for sony earphones (order#[protected] on 12/08/2015. I received the items on 19/08/2015. However, on opening the box, I noticed that accessory silicone earbuds (3 pairs: s, m, l) provided by Sony and clearly mentioned on the side of the box (and confirmed to be part of the package in a nearby brick and mortal shop) were missing. I immediately tried contacting Rediff and sent a complaint as there was no phone number mentioned on the website (ticket#[protected] raised on 19/08/2015) They replied that I have received the item which I ordered. Further mails resulted in them asking me to contact the seller but both the numbers mentioned have been disconnected. Vendor name :Circonia Vendor contact number:[protected]/[protected] I sent another mail saying vendor wasn't reachable and they sent the same response as the first time saying that I have received the item that I ordered. I googled the customer service number and finally got in touch with Rediff. The experience was terrible to say the least. The lady I spoke with, kept interrupting me (while apologizing for interrupting!) and finally stated that the webpage with the item does not mention anything about 3 pairs of earbuds and never mind what the box mentions or what's on product description at Sony.com. She also claimed that since I have received the product I ordered (all this while I am still protesting that the item is without accessories) I could not ask for a return/refund. She then cut the phone call while I was still talking. I am confused about what to do. Please help! Was this information helpful? | |||
