[Resolved] Rediff Shopping — Rediff sent a DIFFERENT product! No Refund Issued! | |||
I had purchased a product from rediff.com on 8th September 2014 . The product which I received was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than what I had ordered! Moreover the product which I had received was not even in a working condition! I immediately sent a complaint to Rediff.com regarding this issue(ie. on 12th Sept. 2014) and asked them to either replace it with the product which I had ordered or to issue a complete refund. Many days passed by but there was no reply from Rediff. So I called their customer care number and talked to their representative who told me that there was no need to worry and that I would be issued a Complete Refund within 2-3 days. Again many days passed and nothing happened. So I again called up their customer care number and again I was given fake assurance of a complete refund. Today is the 10th day and still NOTHING has been done. No communication, no refund no nothing! It is very disappointing to see such a lackluster attitude of an e-retail giant as big as Rediff.com. They are one of the oldest online companies of India and such incidences tarnish their image big time! I hope Rediff is listening and that necessary action will be taken at the earliest or else i'll have to initiate the judicial process.
