I'm really disappointed with the approach given to
me by the customer care executive when I call on
the no[protected], regarding the refund status
of amount Rs. 1589.00, The executive (Supriya)
also go to the extend of keeping my call on hold
when I ask her to transfer to her superior or team
leader and I end up with nothing. Continously for
the past 2 months I'm keeping followup with rediff
but till date I have not received any feedback or
satisfactory answer Why SO?
My question is why it is taking so much of time to
refund me the amount, when I have provided my Bank
statement as an when it was required. When I spoke
with my bank for the updation of refund status
they said that they are not able to track with RRN
no which is provided by the rediff, please ask for
the ARN no, so when I started approaching the
rediff customer care executive for the ARN, the
same answer I was getting that within 24hrs you
will get the updates but all in vain.
Here I again humbly request you to please provide
me the refund of Rs. 1589.00.
Hope I will get the satisfactory answer from your
