Rediff Shopping — Substandard product delivered | |||
I had initially registered a complaint for non delivery of product under Consumer Complaints. Post complaint the product was delivered to me after 22 days of booking on 13th January 2016. During my conversation with Customer Service at Rediff Shopping I asked if the product will be genuine. They assured of the same. However on receiving delivery I was shocked to find a cheap duplicate charger delivered which is available in local markets at half the price. I immediately registered a complaint on 14th January 2016. Promptly a computer generated message assured "response shortly". However till today no one mailed or contacted me for return of product or refund of money. My order no is 12883791 Was this information helpful? | |||
