Rediff Shopping — This is a worst e-commerce website i have ever experienced

I have ordered a power bank from this website, had received it on 27th of march but is was a defective product so i returned it on 29th. after that i have called more than 50 times on their customer care number but they are not refunding the amount and even not responding at all. i have the invoice copy of the product and their customer care representatives mails on my inbox, and its so disgusting when i am cooperating with u den y are they not refunding the amount. i m not getting it. one of ma friend also facing the same problem from this website. plz plz plz dont ever buy anything from this site

worst site..don't order anything from this site. product quality is so chip, not even worth giving it to a maid .and they are not going to refund you if your product is diff active, its their strategy, first of all they knowingly delivered a diffactive product then pick up that piece from you and will tell u that they will refund you tomorrow or day after tomorrow, but that they will never come..i have the proof, its all tricks ...
