I would like to inform you that the out packing of the product was broken and the inner product is also broken, it seems like the product was removed and the inner product is beed damaged. kindly do the needful cuz i realized that your logistics are not fit to business.

I'v emailed to your concern department from 20th and about 6 times every day, called your customer care twice for product exchange, but till now there is no proper response, I'm totally frustrated by the team and the logistic who gave me damaged product, I'm writing this email for the last time, next there will be no email nor call from me, I would rather go legally going ahead.
