Dear sir/madam, I was sent a consignment by infibeam vide their delivery partner delhivery with tracking no.[protected] against infibeam order 28401141 and i received an sms on my mobile [protected] on 18/06/2016 accordingly. however, the courier never delivered it to me but i received another sms from td-infibm that item is delivered on 22/06/2016. i have taken up the matter with delhivery and they have not, till date could provide me with the proof of delivery, neither attempted to mitigate the issue despite multiple emails to them. In view of above i request you to blacklist this courier and intimate me of your action. Very bad service and really very upset
I am having email id [protected]@rediffmail.com /[protected]@rediffmail.com which is being hacked since so many times to frame a conspiracy against me.So please see this immediately & stop the same.
Order placed on 28th June yet not dispatched.No proper status. very upset with the service.No proper intimations.Kindly call as soon as possible
