Sir, I had booked a titan octane 9308km02 men's watches amounting rs 7995 on rediff shoping on 10.10.2016 vide transaction no:[protected]. at the time of booking i had made on-line payment through my debit card. though message given on my mobile no confirmed the receipt and it was stated that the product will be delivered on 14.10.2016. again on 24.10.2016 i received a message at 17.38 hrs that my consignment has been shipped and the same will be delivered by 26.10.2016, but till 28.10.2016 the same was not delivered. being aggrieved with the service, i cancelled my order on 28.10.2016 and requested to refund my money. no refund process has been initiated till date.
