Rediffmail — account blocked all of a sudden without information

My mail I'd [protected]@rediffmail.com is blocked by stating the reason that some spam mails were sent from my account. If this has happened really then it is without my knowledge. I have a good antivirus installed in my system and scan it everyday. My resume has this email I'd registered with some job sites and my job related mails come to this email id. This is totally unethical to block it without any warning or intimation..please activate my email I'd immediately.
