Rediffmail — Defective product sent through eMarketing and refusing to replace | |||
We had called on rediffmail helpline but, they advised us to use internet. Kindly check with your customer support for the recording, Please do not act like a monopoly seller. We were asked to report on eMail and we did after getting the access to internet. However, by your statement, it seems you are completely immune and disregard to customer needs. Kindly share your mobile number, and your bosses. It I don't get replacement, I shall go to media and consumer cell unless my hard earned money os not returned or Product replaced, Please DONT BE INSENSITIVE TO CUSTOMER'S REQUEST NEXT TIME...
