Rediscover — Amount paid for beauty parlour services and company has closed shop without intimation and amount refund

I paid a lumpsum amount of rs.11, 151/- (Bill no. 1692 dated 22 nov 2015) for 12 vouchers (5 beauty services in one voucher per sitting) at rediscover, viman nagar, pune branch. I have availed just one sitting till date. Now the branch does not pick up phone calls and upon visiting the site i came to know that they have closed shop. There has been no intimation of this by the company, and they do not have any other branch in pune. Their main office is in new delhi, and they have a a website "rediscover.In", run by a dr. H kukreja. When i enrolled for the offer, i was told about the "high brand value" of this company by the viman nagar team and how ethical and professional their company is. Now their branch has closed shop quietly and fled with my rs. 11, 151/-. I am shocked and stressed by this type of fly-by-night mentality of the company. The company is not responding to my emails (Dr. [protected]@hotmail.com). None of the company officials respond to phone calls (Imran, manager 91-[protected], dr harish kukreja office tele-fax[protected].
I request you to immediately take action against the company to refund my amount plus pay penalty of rs. 10000 for mental harassment, by demand draft, payable at the above name and address.
