Croma / Samsung — Bad Behavior & supply damaged goods | |||
I purchased the samsung refrigerator Ref FF253L RT26FARZASP, bearing Chroma Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] from Jaya Nagar Chroma Retail. The delivery people were rude in their language & the Refrigerator is having 3 dents in it. When i spoke to Manager of Chroma (Woodys Jayanagar), he is giving me vague options of waiting 8 days for an exchange or selecting another model of higher price range. This seeks attention for a consumer complaint & if not resolved a legal case. Please Advise ! Was this information helpful? | |||
