Refund — refund not credit

I do the payment in name of (The institute of chartered accountants of india) on dated-25/02/2019, of rs.1500/-, but money will debited from my account. And (The institute of chartered accountants of india) will not received the payment of rs.1500/-, i visited branch khanna, canara bank, so there is no sought out of my payment reversed. Pls do the needful.
