Refund — unethical ethical behaviour and refund not received 6700 rs

Its been 10 months that i paid for service (Fc and ownership transfer). After 7 months, they updated saying the service can't be done. Since then they are not refunding the payment which i made.
6700 rs which i paid.
This is my third complaint here.
Vehicle number :ka03ej2921. Kindly assist in getting the refund.

Everyday too many calls to the number "[protected]" & "[protected]"
People who just respond after 10 to 20 calls from different number are
Nawazulla khan
Ramitha
Renuka prasad
So called "sales team"
"backend team"
"finance team".

Some please help me to get the full amount which i paid.
They just do cheating. No service at all.
Still doubt that how do they got name "quikr rto services"...
