I have applied the duplicate RC Book for my Byke No. TN 41 V 8249 last 8 months before via broker Mr.Rajkumar. I asked to the broker about the RC book, He told me its take more time because, Its have a critical problem to get the duplicate RC book. I have been wait last month. The broker called to me and bring your vehicle to inspect again your vehicle, The RTO inspect my vehicle and he told to him why are you waiting for long time for this case and he told to him i recognise at evening. Than the broker said to me i will you that day evening. Still i follow the broker he told me it will be ready... it will be ready... But i have not get the RC Book still now. What will I do? ( Why approach to the broker, the RTO is in Rough and tough charter)
