Release my Ad — WORST SERVICE EVER

25/02/15 - logged onto www.releasemyad.com requested for advert in TOI BLR. Paid 4737/- RS 27/02/15 - Evening hours i get an email saying get in touch with us as there are some issues. Note:28th was the first publishing date. 28/02/15 - i speak to them and they said it is not 4 inserts as offer is not valid so only 3 inserts you get. I agreed asked whats next, sorry sir 01/03/2015 also we can't place due to slot is filled, with great frustation agreed and then they revise my dates. 14/03/15 - expecting my add to be published on the paper as given earlier on 25/02/15 but 13/03/15 i get a call / email saying, sorry sir 'your ad cannot be published on saturdays' Got frustated saying.. my adverts are promotional ads and i hire marketing people to handle the enquiries and stuffs that we receive from the new calls. I i have lost money on my 1st weekend add that is 28/02 & 01/03 and now one evening before you call me to say 14/03 is not possible and added to that 15/03 is now full. With a lot of frustation i have asked them to cancel and refund me the amount. Total Paid 4737 for 4 inserts, but then modified to 3 inserts for the same 4737 and i now get a refund for amount: Rs.764/- Please see my attachments and judge for your self if you have to proceed with such non sensible organisations. And every time i call them... they transfer me from one department to the other and finally hang up.. it takes a lot of effort to reach them. Yes to book an add its instant but to clarify or seek solutions or refunds .. i wish you good luck.
