Our reliance big tv signal was lost from last 15 days & i was register our complaint on 26/8/14 Service Request No :[protected] Every day i called to customer care service for this issue And they said that "our technician will reach your place & solve this issue" And before two day ago we received the message from reliance big tv that "Your service request no.[protected] is closed" without any technician visit or solving our signal lost problem, how they can sent this message ???
