My card # is[protected], 3 channels from english entertainment category has been removed without notice from my TV. While I tried to reach the customer care using these numbers [protected] and[protected] which they claim to be toll free but its chargeable. It takes a long time for someone to pick your call and the representatives are of the worst kind with least technical expertise and never understand your requirement.
