[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — deducted amount without doing service

I am using Reliance BIG TV from the past 2 years. Recently I have shifted my house and I made a request to install in my new house. I recharged 470/- as per suggition of Reliance. Last 20 days I made follow-up attempts to get it install in my house and wrote frequent mails. Upto now there is no resolution from their end and deducted 300/- from my account and said they deducted in advance. Their technicians are not visited and not installed my connection. I have e.mail proofs and telephonic conversations. Please help us. My number [protected].
