Reliance Big Tv — Deducted Rs.175 from my account even technician not visited | |||
I had logged complaint vide no.[protected] on 19/7/2014 at 9.00 a.m. . my Smart Card no is[protected] in the name of Ravi Kumar Agarwal for signal lost due to receiving instrument is damaged and not working.Number of calls to customer care executives and senoirs during the period 19/7/2014-21/7/2014 but no technician has visited at my home.At 8p.m. on 21/7/2014 i suddenly received a message that your complaint is resolved and your account has been debited with Rs.175. I immediate logged the complaint vide no.[protected] to refund the amount immediately, without resolving the problem how can you deduct the money from my account.It is a fraudelent activity done by Reliance Big Tv Company.You are requested to take action against the company and the refund the amount Rs.175 in my account immediately.
