Dear Sirs,
My Account / Smart car d No.[protected] has stopped working, I have raised a complain, your engineer has visitied my place and confirmed that the STB is dead / non-working. They are offering me SD STB as replacement which is NOT acceptable.
If i wanted SD / ordinary, why would i buy an STB at all ? The main reason for purchasing HD STB was to view Hi-Def Channels. I have paid a sum of Rs.3020/- for 1 year renewal of Silver Sports pack with HD + rs.84/- per month is being deducted for HD channels ( Transaction Date Thu Jun 12 22:41:27 IST 2014Transaction Amount 3020.0)
I request you to either give me HD STB or refund me Rs.1, 550/- being the unused portion of the Subscription paid by me. Was this information helpful? |
