Dear sir, madam, I would like to share one concern as per given subject .There was some amber light on set top box. I went to nearest retailer from where I bought the device. He was replaced the set top box. But he told to charge Rs 500.Then I argued then he told me that this the company service fee. Finally anyhow he came on Rs 150. When I asked the reason again .He told this is the charge for calling etc. We can not provide any receipt for the same.The amount is the not much but I think this is not as per rule & service provider policy. We are not satishfied with your services.We have spoken to you but you said about the receipt but same thing was not provided by retailer.I know it is difficult to rerun my money in this case where I do not have any proof of the charge provided to the retailer.But I want to know have you spoken with said retailer .The contact details is also shared above.Please ask why they charge the public .By seeing this behavior we are planning to switch over on other DTH service provider .If you want to know more detail .Please contact me below main contact number @[protected] Was this information helpful? |
