Hi, My Reliance Smart Card No is #[protected] on 17th June 2015 i had put a complaint about not viewing channels like Sony connected all channels, Colors, Cartoon Network, Disney XD and Nick from 15th June 2015 evening, executive name Manish pick up the call after waiting of 15 mins on call center and taken complaint about this and gave us above mentioned complaint no #[protected] and ensure us that reliance technician will came within 48 hours of complain time and will check the antena is in its proper place and adjust the things. But till today i.e. 27th June 2015 (240 hours from the complaint date) no one has came to my place and check the antena nor my service is started smoothly. Today i have gave 2nd call to your customer care and asked about my status of complain but the lady who have picked up the call gave ridiculous answer like "our backend team is still working on it and arranging the technician" as i have told her to transfer this call to her senior she cut the line. So UNPROFESSIONALISM i have seen at Reliance Big TVs customer care. Now if really this site will help me to solve the problem Regards, Priya Was this information helpful? | |||
