Reliance Big Tv — Pathetic services | |||
Hi, I, Mitul Rambhia, am using Reliance Big TV connection since last 3 years (smart card number[protected]. I was facing problems with set top box and had requested for a new one on 17th June. I was told that it would be done in 48 hours. I called up customer service on 20th June and they told me that it would be done today. Till date i.e 24th June, I have not received any update on this. I am definitely not happy with the services and would not suggest Big TV to anyone in future. Can you please cancel my connection and refund the money that I have paid ?
