[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Performance of customer care and their allied team | |||
My BIF TV SMART CARD NUMBER[protected], and MY REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER - [protected]. I have spoken with the customer care about half an hour daily from 30 Aug 2014 for change of address and installation. But due to the inefficiency of the system(Reliance Customer care & their allied team) nothing can be done for me against my continuous request upto 05 September. I have given consumer complaints in this regard from that day. But i am receiving the standard reply that is " Complaint has been forwarded and our executive will get in touch soon" which is not understood. I feel that "get in touch with the complaint direct with Mr. Ambani will help to solve this type of complaint.
