I had talked yesterday about 12 minutes your customer care unit team (Mr. Balwinder) he assured me your problem has been resolved shortly. He also asked me that he has sent me the mobile numbers of our Sarojini Nagar (New Delhi) area dealers of big tv,
but sorry to say no message has been received by me on my mobile till now.
I once again request you to kindly resolve my complaint at the earliest.

Misbehave and Amount not refunded by Big TV

sir, While talking to customer care big tv [protected]...using abusing word and denying to told me the accurate information.Service charge of 400 Rs (For Issue of pairing charge) not to be refunded...

Error # 400. Consumer No.200574904159

Complaint No.[protected] Its been 6 days and my complaint has not been attended too... surprising customer service! It takes a minimum 50 - 55 mins. for a customer service to come on line. Keep it up Reliance!
