[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Problem with customer care toll free number and channel pack | |||
My card no.:[protected] I have tried to reach the customer care team, but not able to reach for the few days and music only generated nobody picking up the call.I have also sent an email to the customer care team about my problem and there is no response. There is no service dealer in kanchipuram dist., Customer care provide some nearest dealer mobile number 631501 (Kanchipuram) and 600016 (Saidapet) most of switch off and others stop big tv services 2+ years. Recently I was recharged 1555 R's. But past two days I am not able to see TV channels. Its showing Installation in progress. Please let me know what shall i do? This is the way that you will maintain the customer. Its 100% worst service care. Is there any other way to get my Problem resolved. Or should I go for Consumer Court?
