[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — Recharge problem | |||
I have made recharge for my multiple tv connection on 12th October and 14th October. It was done twice since the reliance hand told the 12th October recharge has not happened. Details reliance smart card # [protected] [protected] 12th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs, 6100.00 - AM[protected] 14th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs. 450.00 - AM[protected] 14th October 2014 recharged for amount Rs. 5700.00 - AM[protected] For all the above recharge I have received the receipt from reliance. Repeatedly called reliance customer service and I get same answer the amount Rs 6100 is not received, they have raised an internal complaint twice and not resolved. This is happening for the second time; I had recharged during may 2014 and reliance says the recharge is not happened. The bank says the beneficiary has settled the amount.
