I had made a request for technician visit to my residence on 16th June 2014.I have already pay the money for this.This is the worst service I had ever experienced.This commitment of yours make me to think for change of reliance dish TV connection. They have send me the appolgies email regarding delay in services.
Also they confirm me that the technican visit to my residence today end of the day.

Hello,
No one contact to me till now.
However, I made a call to customer care they provided my retailer number but the number are switched off.
Don't know how much time you guys take to resolve it.
