My new address in mumbai is : c - 9 / 301, pawanhans juhu housing complex, relief road, daulath nagar, santacruz west, mumbai - 400054. After many requests to your toll free no. The problem could not be solved for the last two weeks. My address at mumbai could not be updated in your system. I have also registered my new mobile no. With you and it is [protected]. My alternate mobile no. Is [protected] and resi. No. At mumbai[protected]. Most of the time i receive incomplete information from call centre which ultimately waste a lot of time. Kindly send a technician at the earliest for reinstallation of dish at my building else i may force to migrate to other dth providers. In case you are helpless kindly stop cutting from my account balance as i am not using this dth since 15 th of june and refund the balance money to me. Yours faithfully, Prasanth. K.
