We are not satishfied with your services.
We have spoken to you but you said about the receipt but same thing was not provided by retailer.
I know it is difficult to rerun my money in this case where I do not have any proof of the charge provided to the retailer.
But I want to know have you spoken with said retailer .The contact details is also shared above.Please ask why they charge the public .
By seeing this behavior we are planning to switch over on other DTH service provider .
