[Resolved] Reliance Big Tv — suchh fake response from cutomer care error 400 | |||
Dear Team Reliance Big Tv, I apologize for that but it is not big tv, its small tv rather it should say to big tv. Reliance big tv service is in pathetic condition, customer service is quite poor and shame on the owner of ther company reliance either it belongs to Mr. Anil or Mr. Mukesh. Service is quite poor, they are not deliver the customer they wanted it be as reliance. My Smart card number is[protected], every 15-30 days i am facing error 400 signal lost inconvenience regretted . i call up on reliance number[protected] tool free . they are keep in holding 45 minutes after that no body is answering the calls . We are facing the same issue from last one month, and they have charge Rs. 500 for resolving the issue, and the same we are facing . Please help? Regards Amar Was this information helpful? | |||
