Error in TV screen: ERROR 400 This my 1st complaint ID:[protected]/09/2015 7:00 PM No one came and check that issue but they closed that complaint, after I called customer care and said reopen that complaint but they didn’t do any thing for reopen request. After few day again check that complaint ID someone say that it’s closed and they charged RS:175 in my account for clear that issue but it’s not. I want refund amount still I didn’t received any refund in my account. This my 2nd complaint ID:[protected]/09/2015 6:00 PM I said reopen but they won’t do that so create a new complaint ID. Still 22/09/2015 I didn’t get any solution for this error. I am called more than 10 times and there is no response from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||||
