[Resolved]  Reliance Big Tv — Worst customer service by reliance group of companies

My Smartcard number is[protected]. I'm getting error 400 from more than a week even though it is not raining. First, I called customer care n 13th Nov to complain, they told that it will be resolved in a day. Later I raised a complaint on 16th Nov and raised a complaint. when I called again on 17th Nov to check status, i was told that the SR was closed automatically, and they raised new SR. But till today technician did not respond to the complaint. I'm calling customer care daily, and daily they will assure that it will be resolved before 8pm or we will give call back.. But both doesn't happen.. Whatever service it may be from reliance, say datacard or smartcard or sim card, Best response that they give is "complaint is in solving stage, please wait". But complaint will never resolve.. I'm facing same issue with my reliance datacard.. i'm not able to connect yo net at home from the day i got the Datacard, due to signal issue.. It has been more than 6 to 7 months.. Still my complaints are in solving stage... "THE WORD RELIANCE SIMPLY MEANS WORST WORST WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE".

Technician replaced receiver and charged 250 for the same. After that we are able to see the picture but it is getting struck most of the time. And also i was informed by customer care executive that they will not daily charges from account from the day of raising SR to the date SR getting closed. I raised SR on 17th Nov and it got resolved on 24th Nov. But daily charges were deducted from my account. I called customer care and informed about picture getting struck and amount deduction. They had put my call on hold for very long time and later disconnected the line. This happens most of the time eith the executive. If they can't my question, they will say "pls be on hold, i will check" and they will keep in hold for more than 10 min and then disconnect. Please provide proper solution for me
