[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — channels not working even after full payments | |||
I took 2 connections of independent tv in december after a month hd channels stopped working then english channels and then kids channels and now zee pack is disabled from the company, i am highly upset with the promises done by the company and now they are turning off lot of channels slowly and slowly which is creating a headache to us. Also tried calling the customer care and waiting for 30 minutes but call got disconnected again. I need a refund for both of my connections now or start what all channels promised in the beginning from your side which includes all the hd channels and normal channels.
