Reliance Bigtv — non-installation of reliance big tv connection

I booked for rbig tv connection on 28th march 2018 with my booking id:a12962641. I was assured that installation in varanasi would be done between 30-45 days. Again i received a message that installation would commence from 15th of june 2018. Today is 21st june and i am tired of waiting so long. Would you please look into the matter and ensure that installation is done with no more delay.

I booked reliance big TV on 16.04.18 and my booking Id is 14544830.and my installtion date is 15.06.18 .i want to know is it in installation right time??

Hello team,

This is so pathetic, even after 2.5 months no connection has been provided from Reliance. No call or no intimation from company executives.
Customer care executives are also not responsive.

Please refund my money on urgent basis.
