[Resolved] Reliance Bigtv — Pathetic customer service, I want my money back | |||||
I own two reliance DTH connection with primary smart card no bearing[protected] in the name of my father, Sri M V Omprakash. Out of the blue Reliance has suspended service sighting negative balance. I tried calling the customer service representative and questioned as to why account is having negative balance umpteen no of times but no explanation is given. They make me wait for ages in the pretext of giving solutions and cut the call. Or they'll say they'll escalate the call and disconnect. One of the service representative even said he's a newbie and doesn't know how to handle my issue. I don't want any product who hire as service reps who can't even handle simple questions. It's been a week since the service has been stopped. i want stern action to be taken on Reliance digital and compensate for my loss of money in form of denying service. Verified Support Aug 26, 2016 Reliance BigTV Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We regret for the inconvenience caused to you. As checked and verified in our records, we understand that the invoice is generated on 17th of every month. However as your services was suspended. Note: If the account balance gets negative of Rs.100/- or more, the services gets suspended.(even if the long duration pack is active) Kindly recharged your account Rs.210/- and Keep the Set Top Box on 'ON' mode while recharging the account.
