[Resolved]  Reliance Digital — AC not Service despite several calls in RESQ(Reliance Digital)

I have purchased Voltas 1.5 split AC in May 2014, along with AC I took RESQ plan. Now my AC is not cooling. I have logged complaint in RESQ customer care on 10-June-2015. Customer care executive confirmed me that technician will visit within 24 to 48 hrs. Now its more than 5 days, but there is no call or visit of any technician from RESQ. Yesterday I had called in RESQ again for confirmation they again gave me assurance that “Mr. Luv Kush/Mr. Booby” will visit before 7pm today. But there is no response. Please take care of my request.
