I bought the Aquaguard Jazz water purifier online and it was installed by the RESQ TEAM.
Below are the offered Installation Services by RESQ Installation Service :
1) Perform feasibility check
2) Water purifier demonstration
RESQ installation team installed the product without performing feasibility check and gave only water Purifier demonstration.
Based on their demo and instructions, we drained the first day purified water from the tank and tried to drink the purified water next day onwards. We found that the water was not purified properly and immediately raised the incident within 24 hours time. But the team was not responded properly so far and not resolve the issue. Even I escalated to CEO: BM.[protected]@ril.com.
