Reliance Digital — connection of home theater and led tv

We bought 42" led TV and Sony home Theatre from RelaiNCe Digital. On our first Installation The mechanic Only Installed The TV But didn't Connected Home theatre to The TV As we Wanted. We Complained 3 Times to the Store but They Are ignoring Us.
